The Pastry Case is fast becoming a major confectioner with the recent addition of chocolate cluster products to our portfolio.  Our chocolate cluster range is made with a premium chocolate and quality dry ingredients to ensure that the taste, consistency and texture of the finished treats is, quite simply, superb. 

The chocolate coated loveliness of the cluster product has a range of applications.  Our most popular indulgent treats include the classic Chocolate Covered Cornflake Cakes, Chocolate Rice Crispies and Rocky Road Bites made with a heavenly mixture of crisped rice, currants, marshmallows and biscuit pieces.
