To meet a growing demand for mini bites, we created our best selling gingerbread biscuits in miniature! Made with the same premium ingredients as the larger shapes, our mini biscuits are available in gingerbread, chocolate, oatmeal and cinnamon flavours.

The mini bite category is now enjoyed by 51% of the UK population and shows annual market value growth of 12%* making it a key range for retailers.

The Pastry Case mini biscuits are shape moulded with embossed features, giving exceptionally clean lines to the biscuit edge. Our most popular off-the-shelf shapes include ’mini men’ and animal shapes including Easter bunnies and farmyard animals, packed into crystal tubs. In addition to supplying all the major in-store bakeries, we also bake the Gingerbread Mini Men product for our sister company, Roberts Bakery; these are ideal for those retailers looking for smaller quantities.
